Lots of hard work goes into the day to day operation of any successful race team. But without loyal advertisers, racing wouldn’t be where it has evolved to today.

RAAL Motorsports is no different. Along with Remax’s Penny Blake and R.W. Electric both based in Kingston Ontario , there is a list of other companies that are loyal financial supporters.

Southeastern Telecommunication Services based in Kingston Ontario , has been a long time partner with RAAL Motorsports. This communications company provides service, support and sales to organizations from 2 to 10,000 users. Their broad base of client’s represent businesses from all levels of government, hospitals, health care, school boards, manufacturing, retail and service sectors. The largest voice and data provider in the region, Southeastern Telecommunication Services offers the latest in IP and Digital voice communications from industry leading manufacturers, call centers, voice mail, voice recognition, automated attendant, mobility, pressence, unified messaging, reporting systems and structured cable solutions including CAT 6 and Fibre Optics. The Southeastern commitment is to provide total customer satisfaction, total quality service, with honesty and integrity in all business transactions. RAAL Motorsports is proud to have them back for another full season.

The friends that you meet at the races stay with you for a lifetime. This can be said of Fort Glass in Kingston Ontario. Rob Walsh not only owns Fort Glass, but he’s a racer in his own right. Todd Stewart knows this racer, “Back in the mid to late eighties my brother and I helped modified car owner Rob (Walsh) and his driver Bill Monroe. I remember being a teen and riding in the back of their orange crew cab. Most of the time there was no room in the cab and I’d ride down in the enclosed tool box in the back! Man, what was I thinking?” commented Stewart. “Now Fort Glass is on board our car for another year of competition.”.  Fort Glass is an established leader for sales and service in the Kingston area. For almost 40 years, they have  based their success on the quality of the products they sell, the high level of workmanship provided by their employees, their after sales service and the creativity provided when customized advice is required. Fort Glass services include architectural handrail systems, shower door enclosures, mirrors, mirrored closet doors, new and replacement windows and doors, replacement hardware for windows and doors, window glass (thermalpane) replacement , window and screen repair and all types of glass repair.

Support Those Who Support Racing

By Janet Stewart - RAAL Motorsports

Its a never ending quest. Sponsors, advertisers, marketing partners. The people and businesses behind the scenes that contribute financially.  RAAL Motorsports is quite proud of the associates they've amassed over the years. Not only are these people race fans, but they they instill a sense of value to the RAAL Motorsports team.

"Our team is very fortunate. We have had some sponsors for almost 20 years", commented Todd Stewart.

He's right. Penny Blake of Remax Realty Concepts Corporation in Kingston, Ontario is a great example. "Penny Blake was there in the very beginning. She was the very first sponsor over 20 years ago on our first race car." quipped Stewart. "I remember that first year. We decided to go street stock racing at the Can-Am Speedway. Donnie Carlyle agreed to help us build the car over the winter months. Little did I know 20 years later we'd be where we are today. Still working on race cars, but now on a brand new 2010 TEO modified." Stewart beamed, "...and Penny is still with us".

Penny's prompt, professional service is what sets her apart. Her knowledge of Kingston and in particular the nearby Canadian Forces Base gives Penny that extra advantage to help those people make a smooth transition. Penny Blake has been selling real estate for over 20 years and has helped thousands of military families relocate from all over North America and abroad. She's a Remax Hall of Fame winner, a Military Families Specialist and is registered with the Government Relocation Services. RAAL Motorsports is proud to have her aboard.

Another longtime partner is R.W. Electric. "They were there from the beginning as well. Walter and Shirley Hodgson are the salt of the earth." praised Stewart. The original owners of R.W. Electric for almost 40 years, the business now carries on the tradition with son Bob Hodgson at the helm. The familiar "R.W. Electric" that has adourned the quarter panel or doors for years remains there for another season. The family business has seen changes over the years including the development of "Polar Power", a sister company designed for more commercial use. Over the years R.W. has developed a strong reputation for quality workmanship, prompt service and good value. No wonder they travel to job sites all over Eastern Ontario. "I'm very proud to carry their name. They even helped out at the Brockville Speedway a few years back when new lighting was needed." praised Stewart. "They are one of the many supporters that have become close fiends over the years."

RAAL Motorsports would like to thank all the people that help make the cars get to the race track. Look for stories regarding these people soon.
